Nets head coach Jordi Fernandez said on Friday that Danny Wolf (ankle) will not play again this season.
Wolf, the 27th overall pick in last June’s draft, injured his ankle during a March 22 game against the Kings and has not played since. With Michael Porter Jr. also done for the year, Ziaire Williams has taken on added fantasy value in recent games. Wolf appeared in 57 games as a rookie, averaging 8.9 points, 4.9 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.2 three-pointers in 20.8 minutes. While wasn’t productive enough to become a must-roster player, there were nights when Wolf was a worthwhile streamer in deep leagues.
