Walter Clayton Jr. (hip) has been ruled out against the Rockets on Sunday.

Clayton will miss a second straight game. On Friday, Lucas Williamson and Jahmai Mashack each played 48 minutes. Expect more strange rotations for Memphis in this one, with Williamson and Mashack likely filling all the backcourt minutes.

Olivier-Maxence Prosper (ankle) is available for Sunday’s game against the Rockets.

Prosper was initially questionable for Sunday’s game. Given how shorthanded the Grizzlies are, he should play significant minutes for the regular-season finale.

Cam Spencer (back) and Ty Jerome (ankle) are out for Friday’s game against the Jazz.

The Grizzlies will once again be without Spencer and Jerome, which limits their perimeter depth. Javon Small and Walter Clayton Jr. are questionable; they’ll be handling the playmaking responsibilities on Friday if available.

Taylor Hendricks (thumb) and GG Jackson (knee) are out for Friday’s game against the Jazz.

While Hendricks scored 16 points in Wednesday’s loss to the Nuggets, Jackson was not available. With both out and Olivier-Maxence Prosper listed as doubtful for Friday’s game, Toby Okani is likely to play heavy minutes out of necessity.

Cedric Coward (back) is out for Friday’s game against the Jazz.

Coward joins the long list of Grizzlies players who won’t be available for Friday’s game. Adama Bal and Dariq Whitehead should play plenty due to the injuries, with the former logging 39 minutes in Wednesday’s loss to the Nuggets.

Taj Gibson (foot) is not on the injury report for Wednesday’s game against the Nuggets.

Gibson is back after sitting out Monday’s loss to the Cavaliers. Given Wednesday’s matchup, he may have to play rotation minutes, as GG Jackson is out and Olivier-Maxence Prosper is doubtful.

Jaylen Wells (toe) will undergo season-ending surgery on his right great toe.
