NBA Official Injury ReportInjury/Illness - Left Ankle; Sprain
NBA Official Injury ReportRayan Rupert had 21 points (8-of-15 FGs, 3-of-3 FTs), 12 rebounds, five assists, two steals, one block and two three-pointers in Sunday’s loss to the Rockets.
Rupert finished the season with three excellent games in a row. A former second round pick on a two-way deal, Rupert has been given plenty of minutes by the Grizzlies in the second half of the season and only flashed his potential. Still just 21, he could be worth stashing in dynasty, but expectatio...
Walter Clayton Jr. (hip) has been ruled out against the Rockets on Sunday.
Clayton will miss a second straight game. On Friday, Lucas Williamson and Jahmai Mashack each played 48 minutes. Expect more strange rotations for Memphis in this one, with Williamson and Mashack likely filling all the backcourt minutes.
Grizzlies PRJavon Small (thigh) is available for Sunday’s game against the Rockets.
Small was also available for Friday’s loss to the Jazz, but got a DNP-CD as the Grizzlies played just a six-man rotation. There’s no telling whether he’ll play or not heading into the regular season finale.
Olivier-Maxence Prosper (ankle) is available for Sunday’s game against the Rockets.
Prosper was initially questionable for Sunday’s game. Given how shorthanded the Grizzlies are, he should play significant minutes for the regular-season finale.
Memphis GrizzliesJahmai Mashack recorded a triple-double on Friday with 13 points (6-of-13 FGs), 15 rebounds, 12 assists, two steals and 10 turnovers in a 147-101 loss to the Jazz on Friday.
Mashack recorded the dreaded quadruple-double. The triple-double part was nice, but the 10 turnovers really put a damper on his outing. The rookie has had some strong outings this year, specifically as a source of steals. This type of production only happens in April. Mashack should have a productiv...
Cam Spencer (back) and Ty Jerome (ankle) are out for Friday’s game against the Jazz.
The Grizzlies will once again be without Spencer and Jerome, which limits their perimeter depth. Javon Small and Walter Clayton Jr. are questionable; they’ll be handling the playmaking responsibilities on Friday if available.
NBA Injury ReportTaylor Hendricks (thumb) and GG Jackson (knee) are out for Friday’s game against the Jazz.
While Hendricks scored 16 points in Wednesday’s loss to the Nuggets, Jackson was not available. With both out and Olivier-Maxence Prosper listed as doubtful for Friday’s game, Toby Okani is likely to play heavy minutes out of necessity.
NBA Injury ReportCedric Coward (back) is out for Friday’s game against the Jazz.
Coward joins the long list of Grizzlies players who won’t be available for Friday’s game. Adama Bal and Dariq Whitehead should play plenty due to the injuries, with the former logging 39 minutes in Wednesday’s loss to the Nuggets.
NBA Injury ReportTaj Gibson (foot) is not on the injury report for Wednesday’s game against the Nuggets.
Gibson is back after sitting out Monday’s loss to the Cavaliers. Given Wednesday’s matchup, he may have to play rotation minutes, as GG Jackson is out and Olivier-Maxence Prosper is doubtful.
NBA Injury ReportJaylen Wells (toe) will undergo season-ending surgery on his right great toe.
Wells was injured during a March 23 game against the Hawks, as he suffered a tendon avulsion fracture in his right great toe. The second-year wing played in 69 games this season, averaging 12.5 points, 3.2 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 0.9 steals and 1.9 three-pointers in 26.4 minutes. Wells started slowly...
Memphis GrizzliesJa Morant (elbow) has been ruled out for the rest of the season.
Morant received a PRP injection to help with his recovery and is expected to make a fill recovery ahead of next season. He hasn’t played since Jan. 21, so this update isn’t surprising. Ty Jerome, Cam Spencer, Walter Clayton Jr. and Javon Small will continue to fill out the point guard minutes for th...
Grizzlies PRSanti Aldama (knee) will miss the rest of the season.
Aldama underwent a successful arthroscopic surgery, which was previously reported, and now he will officially miss the remainder of the season. He is expected to make a full recovery and be ready for the 2026-27 season, but fantasy managers won’t be able to utilize him for the rest of this season. H...
Grizzlies PRScotty Pippen Jr. (toe) will undergo season-ending surgery on his right great toe.
Having missed the Grizzlies’ last three games with sesamoiditis in his right great toe, Pippen will now undergo a season-ending sesamoidectomy to address the issue. He underwent a similar procedure in October, which delayed the guard’s season debut until early February. Pippen only appeared in ten g...
Memphis GrizzliesZach Edey underwent season-ending ankle surgery on Tuesday.
The team announced that the surgery on his left ankle was successful, and he’s expected to make a full recovery ahead of next season. Edey was incredibly effective when he was on the floor, and he is considered an important part of the Grizzlies’ future. Hopefully he’ll be healthier next season afte...
Grizzlies PRKentavious Caldwell-Pope (finger) had season-ending surgery on his right pinky finger on Thursday.
Caldwell-Pope hasn’t been much of a fantasy factor in the last couple of seasons as his trademark three-point shooting has declined. The 33-year-old shooting guard, who appeared in 51 games for Memphis this year, had season-ending surgery on his right pinky finger Thursday. The Grizzlies are anticip...
