Injury/Illness - Right Ankle; Surgery
NBA Official Injury ReportKeldon Johnson provided a boost off the bench with 17 points (6-of-13 FGs), five rebounds, two assists and one three-pointer against the Mavericks on Friday.
The clear betting favorite for Sixth Man of the Year, Johnson was able to turn in another strong performance in this game. He still isn’t a great option in category leagues; he simply doesn’t produce in enough categories consistently. However, he has had his most efficient season this year and has b...
Victor Wembanyama lit up the Mavericks with 40 points (14-of-23 FGs, 10-of-11 FTs), 13 rebounds, five assists, one steal, two blocks and two three-pointers in a 139-120 win on Friday.
Wemby returned from a one-game absence and played 26 minutes, which was a little more than enough for him to qualify for a 65th game played and be eligible for awards. However, he didn’t just coast to get there; he dominated this game with his third 40-point double-double in his last five appearance...
De’Aaron Fox, Dylan Harper, Devin Vassell, Julian Champagnie and Victor Wembanyama will start Friday’s game against the Mavericks.
While Wembanyama is back after a one-game absence, the Spurs remain without Stephon Castle. As a result, Harper gets a second consecutive start and should be slotted into lineups in active fantasy leagues.
San Antonio SpursStephon Castle (knee) has been ruled out against the Mavericks on Friday.
Castle will be unavailable for a second straight game, which means Dylan Harper should be in line for another start. Harper posted a 13/6/4/2/2 line in 33 minutes on Wednesday and should be in for another productive outing as a starter.
Matt GuzmanLuke Kornet (knee) is available for Thursday’s game against the Clippers.
Kornet is back after sitting out Wednesday’s win over the Warriors, and he’s likely to be the starting center for the Spurs. Victor Wembanyama (ankle) is out, opening up a spot in the starting lineup, with Kornet being the prime option to fill the void.
NBA Injury ReportDe’Aaron Fox, Stephon Castle, Harrison Barnes, Julian Champagnie and Victor Wembanyama will start against the Kings on Tuesday.
With Devin Vassell (ankle) sidelined, Barnes will make a return to the starting unit for the first time since before the All-Star break. Barnes isn’t a reliable fantasy option, but the extra minutes as a starter should result in a little extra production.
Tom OsbornLindy Waters III (illness) is available for Thursday’s game against the Nuggets.
Waters is good to go for Thursday’s game, but so is Harrison Barnes (ankle). As a result, fantasy managers can leave Waters on the waiver wire.
Jeff GarciaMason Plumlee (conditioning) is available for Tuesday’s matchup with the Celtics.
Plumlee is available to make his Spurs debut, but he’s unlikely to see much time on the court with both Victor Wembanyama and Luke Kornet available.
NBA Injury ReportKelly Olynyk (foot) is available for Thursday’s game against the Mavericks.
Olynyk is good to go after sitting out Wednesday’s win over the Thunder. With Luke Kornet (adductor, ankle) out, Olynyk will step into the backup center role. With Victor Wembanyama getting most of the minutes, there isn’t much upside to streaming Olynyk.
Paul GarciaThe Cavaliers acquired Emanuel Miller from the Bulls as part of a three-team trade that included the Kings.
While Chicago received two second-round picks as a “reward” for taking on Dario Šarić to help complete the trade, the team had to send a player elsewhere per league rules. That player is Miller, who’s on a two-way deal and appeared in 11 NBA games during his two seasons in Chicago. To free up a two-...
Julia PoeJordan McLaughlin (shoulder) is available for Sunday’s game against the Pelicans.
McLaughlin is available, but he’s unlikely to get the minutes needed to be a factor in fantasy basketball. Leave him on the waiver wire.
NBA Injury ReportReport: De'Aaron Fox already looking bulked-up
<p>One day after the end of the Finals, 'muscle-watch' season has already arrived. "He’s putting in work," writes Jones, who is a play-by-play announcer for the Kings. "Fox has a calculating, hoopsmart, tight support team." Fox's quickness is unreal and adding muscle should help him finish through c...
