Christian Braun (ankle, hip) has been ruled out against the Thunder on Friday.

Braun will join the rest of the Denver starters as out for this game. Bruce Brown and Julian Strawther should both have a chance to start and take on extra minutes for the shorthanded Nuggets.

Cameron Johnson (ankle) is out for Friday’s game against the Thunder.

Not only will Johnson sit out Friday’s game, but the entire starting five will (Oklahoma City is sitting four of its starters). Tim Hardaway Jr. should have the brightest green light possible on Friday due to the Nuggets’ lack of depth.

Spencer Jones (hamstring) is out for Friday’s game against the Thunder.

Jones will miss a fifth consecutive game as he continues to recover from a strained right hamstring. Given the number of names on the Nuggets’ injury report, Zeke Nnaji may find himself playing rotation minutes on Friday.

Zeke Nnaji (hip) is available to play against the Trail Blazers on Monday.

Nnaji will be back following a two-game absence. However, with the rest of the rotation healthy, he will only play a small role, if he sees the floor at all.

Bruce Brown (ankle) is available to play against the Trail Blazers on Monday.

Brown will be available after initially being listed as probable for this game. He exited early on Saturday, but that won’t keep him sidelined for this one. He’ll play his typical reserve role, which has been too limited for him to make much of a fantasy impact.

Tim Hardaway Jr. (knee) is available for Saturday’s game against the Spurs.

Hardaway was a full participant in Friday’s practice and is now good to go. He’ll provide production off the bench and is a worthwhile option for deep-league managers who need three-pointers.

According to Nuggets reporter Ryan Blackburn, Peyton Watson is considered week-to-week while dealing with “another hamstring strain.”

It’s a disappointing update for Watson and the Nuggets, but Denver has approached the season with a “next man up” mentality. Aaron Gordon could see more run with Watson out for the foreseeable future.

Jalen Pickett (knee) is questionable to play against the Thunder on Friday.

Pickett has missed Denver’s last two games but could return to take on OKC. Jamal Murray (illness) is also questionable, so if he is sidelined, Pickett could start. The next point guard in line if both are sidelined would be KJ Simpson.
