Brice Sensabaugh (rest) is out for Friday’s game against the Grizzlies.

With Sensabaugh out, the Jazz will have to account for the absence of the production that he brings offensively. John Konchar, who played 38 minutes in Tuesday’s loss to the Pelicans, may move into the starting lineup, where he can provide solid steals value.

Kyle Filipowski (back) is out for Friday’s game against the Grizzlies.

Filipowski will miss Friday’s game for injury management reasons. Oscar Tshiebwe has started alongside Filipowski in the last two games, and his role should expand on Friday. Also, Blake Hinson is a potential replacement in the starting five.

Ace Bailey (knee) is out for Tuesday’s game against the Pelicans.

Bailey is out due to a right knee contusion. His absence likely results in more minutes for John Konchar, who racked up five steals in Sunday’s loss to the Thunder. He doesn’t offer much as a scorer, but Konchar has been a solid source of steals when playing extended minutes.

V-Dub was sent to Utah as part of the Jaren Jackson Jr. trade, and his tenure with the Jazz is over shortly after it started. Williams Jr. tore his left ACL in late February, and he’ll likely be sidelined to begin the 2026-27 campaign.

The Jazz signed Mo Bamba to a second 10-day contract.

Bamba did enough during his first stint with the Jazz to earn a second 10-day contract. At the conclusion of the most recent deal, the Jazz can either allow the former lottery pick to become a free agent or sign him to a deal for the rest of the season.

Kevin Love (rest) is not on the injury report for Wednesday’s game against the 76ers.

Love will be available for the first game of Utah’s road trip after sitting out Monday’s loss to the Nuggets. The veteran forward/center’s return likely knocks Oscar Tshiebwe down a spot in the Jazz rotation, while Kyle Filipowski should play plenty.

ESPN’s Shams Charania reports Lauri Markkanen (hip) will be re-evaluated in two weeks.

Markkanen injured his hip and ankle in practice on Wednesday, but it’s the hip that will force him to miss time. NBA Insider Chris B. Haynes reports that Jusuf Nurkić (nose) will undergo a surgical procedure on his nose Wednesday and miss the remainder of the season.

In a move that should shock nobody, another member of the Jazz has been shut down for the season. Nurkić’s absence should free up plenty of playing time for Kyle Filipowski, but Utah’s rotations have no rhyme or reason as the team looks to win as few games as possible down the stretch.
